BrieflySeries provides an online TV show tracking and AI-powered season recap service. Users can track their favorite TV shows, read or listen to AI-generated recaps, and purchase optional credits for personalized recap summaries and customized podcast generation.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, such as tracking series and generating custom recaps, you must authenticate using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases, Credits & Payments

BrieflySeries offers optional digital credit packs to generate customized audio recaps. Payments are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms and conditions.

• Credits are applied to your account balance immediately upon successful transaction.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of BrieflySeries.

5. AI Content & Fair Use

Our summaries and podcast recaps are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) for informational, transformative, and commentary purposes. BrieflySeries is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by television networks or content creators. TV metadata is provided by the TVmaze API.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our platform or APIs.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract audio or text summaries in bulk.
• Abuse promotional credits or attempt fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

BrieflySeries is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recaps will be 100% factually accurate. In no event shall BrieflySeries be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
